This Membership Agreement is entered into by:

• The person or company registering is an Applicant and not a proxy. A Corporation or member will be the sole beneficiary of the membership and connected privileges.

• By digitally signifying (checking the yes box) below and by using a valid email that belongs to the Applicant, the applying member confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

Member Benefits

As part of the membership you will receive the following benefits:

• Ongoing education regarding cryptocurrency, crypto wallets, and other tools used with Blockchain, which shall be made available to the Member, who has no obligation to peruse any such educational materials.

• The right to participation in the Royalty Trading (units and blocks) and receipt of airdrops based on the number of Royalty Units and blocks that your account holds;

• Eligibility to join exclusive zoom meetings with experienced professionals and learn more about a variety of topics including Tax Strategies, Cryptocurrency, Blockchain, and similar topics;

All members will receive a non-voting share of the dedicated members offshore LLC, (Solidium Group LLC),) The members at their own discretion will have the right to form their own offshore corporation in an approved location, and approved by Crown Global Ltd.

Solidium Group LLC Management Fees

An annual management fee of $75 payable in USDT or USDC is required by all members.

Restrictions

The Member agrees that they will not:

• share their login information with non-members.

• Reproduce, in any manner, any proprietary information received as part of their membership or share it with non-members. Members are encouraged to inform others about the opportunities offered by “Crown Global Ltd”, but when doing so, ought to refer to the onboarding process. This includes any confusing, misleading, or inaccurate language or information relating to the operations of “Crown Global Ltd”.

• Post inappropriate, inaccurate, or offensive content whether online or offline..Any member who does so may face termination without warning and forfeit any units or blocks currently held, including forfeiture of all future airdrops.

• The Member will not hold Crown Global Ltd. liable for any tangible or intangible damage that be suffered while participating in the membership.

• The Member will not hold Crown Global Ltd. liable for any damage or loss that may be caused to their personal property when participating in the membership events.

• The Member agrees and understands that Crown Global Ltd. cannot guarantee any results from its membership. Any negative or positive results that might occur during the membership are the result of the Member’s own personal choices, market volatility, and unforeseen circumstances. Crown Global Ltd operated on a best effort basis.

As with any investment the Member’s royalty units, blocks or royalties could be lost. All risks are undertaken by the member. The member agrees to hold “Crown Global Ltd.” and all third parties harmless regardless of the outcome of the investment and royalties.

Stacking

Members or companies cannot sponsor another member or company from the same home address unless there is no personal relationship between the Member and the party being sponsored.

Wallet Information

Members must make sure that their receiving USDC wallet address is correct and is non-custodial.

If the wallet information is incorrect, Crown Global Ltd. will not be held liable for lost royalties.

If members want to change their wallet address, the change has to be done at least 14 days before the scheduled airdrop date of any group of which they are part. If the change is done later than that, Crown Global Ltd. will not be held liable for any losses.

Account Management

Members are allowed to manage the accounts of other members who are elderly, have language barriers or have any other disabilities that would prevent them from taking any necessary actions for the ongoing participation in the Royalty Trading Programme. However, prior to any such action being undertaken on behalf of third parties, Crown Global Ltd will require written authorization by the Member, allowing the third party to take actions on their behalf.

Crown Global Ltd will not be liable for any losses suffered by a Member who has authorized a third party to act on their behalf, irrespective of whether such losses are suffered by negligence, gross negligence, or dishonesty.

Members must be at least 18 years old

Beneficiaries

In the event of the death of a member, a death certificate, together with a Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration, or any equivalent document must be emailed to info@crownglobal.io so that the Executor or Administrator of the Estate may be given access to the account.

Privacy

• Crown Global Ltd. will not share any member information with any other Member, no matter how it is obtained, gathered or collected All information including application forms, member forms, airdrop information received will remain the sole property of “Crown Global Ltd '' and will be subject to the laws of the Cayman Islands.

Crown Global Ltd will only release personal Member information in response to a legal obligation created by Court Order, subpoena, search warrant, or similar instrument, provided that such legal instrument is enforceable in the Cayman Islands.

• Members are not allowed to share personal information about any other member without their consent.

Membership Termination

• Crown Global Ltd. has a right to terminate the Member’s membership if any of the terms and the conditions of this Agreement are violated. Crown Global Ltd may do so without warning, and such termination shall take effect upon communication of written notice to the Member. Cancellation of the account by Crown Global Ltd. shall result in a permanent ban from any program operated by Crown Global Ltd, its partners or affiliates. The Member can terminate their membership at any point and for any reason.

• If a member decides to cancel their membership, they must contact Crown Global Ltd. through the following email address: info@crownglobal.io. The timestamp of the email will automatically cancel any Royalty Airdrops from that time onwards.

• Using a temporary email, another person's email or any other online or off-line tool to hide your true identity will be considered to be misrepresentation and will immediately invalidate your membership and all rights and privileges including but not limited to, royalties, airdrops, and third-party privileges. Crown Global Ltd. may also report this fraudulent activity to the authorities if needed.

• Reproduction of any part of the Crown Global Website crownglobal.io or any of the community threads is strictly prohibited. The creation and distribution of anything to do with “Crown Global Ltd ” as well as any information shared through any medium are strictly prohibited. Failure to abide by any of these stipulations will incur an immediate cancellation of your account, (see above for details).

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the Applicant for membership confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. As well to abide by all Laws of the Cayman Islands where “Crown Global Ltd ” registered. All payments made by you in any form are deemed to have been made in that country. Additionally, you agree that any grievance that may arise will be a matter to be handled in that jurisdiction in accordance with local regulations.
