Welcome to the Private Membership Association (PMA) of Global Strong.

Introduction

This PMA is established to provide a framework for the operation of our trade programs: Firestarter, Ring of Fire, and Shooting Star. As a member, you acknowledge the terms and conditions outlined herein.

Trade Programs Overview

1. Firestarter

Duration: Approximately 75 days

Description: A program designed to ignite trading opportunities and foster growth. Expected returns may range to 35,000

2. Ring of Fire

Duration: Approximately 75 days

Description: A program focused on maximizing returns through strategic trading practices. Expected returns may range to 35,000

3. Shooting Star

Duration: Approximately 75 days

Description: A program aimed at reaching new heights in trading performance. Expected returns may range to 20,000

4. Lightning Streak

Duration: Approximately 75 days

Description: A program aimed at reaching new heights in trading performance. Expected returns may range to 35,000

Membership Terms

Confidentiality

The specifics of each trade program can only be discussed with members of the PMA. This confidentiality is paramount to the success of the programs and must be respected by all members.

Payouts

Payouts from the trade programs will be directed through a paymaster.

Members are required to submit any and all necessary documentation to the paymaster to receive their payouts.

No Refund Policy

Once a trade has closed, there will be no refunds permitted. Participants must be aware of the risks involved in trading.

Role of Adam Schizkoske

Adam Schizkoske is acting solely as an intermediary in this endeavor. He will not be held liable in any way for the performance or failure of these trade programs. All funds collected will be passed through him into the respective trading platform.

Special Deposit

All special deposits sent in by members will be referred to as crowdfunding. This terminology is used to reflect the nature of the contributions being made towards the crowdfunding programs.

Member Conduct

Private Members are strictly prohibited from using any email lists owned, purchased, or generated by the Private Member to invite new individuals to join.

Private members are prohibited from posting or sharing any content on social media platforms or any other medium that may suggest or hint towards Global Strong, the crowdfunding project, or the potential for profit.

Indemnification and Release

Private members agree to indemnify and hold Global Strong or Adam Schizkoske harmless from any claims or losses resulting from their own actions, decisions, or investments related to the crowdfunding project.

Private members acknowledge that participation in the Association and the crowdfunding project involves risks and uncertainties.

Private members hereby release and discharge Global Strong, its owners, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with their membership and participation in the project.

Membership Requirements

To become a private member of the Association, individuals must purchase a minimum of one package.

If at any point in time a private member's membership is revoked, either by Global Strong or by the private member's decision to terminate the agreement after any 90-day term, the private member shall no longer be a private member of Global Strong.

If a former private member wishes to rejoin Global Strong, they must submit a new application for private membership.

Acknowledgment

By participating in the Global Strong PMA and its associated trade programs, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms outlined in this document. You accept the inherent risks associated with trading and agree to abide by the confidentiality requirements.
